We're finalists in the 2024 Insurance Choice Awards

After 10 weeks of voting in the 2024 Insurance Choice Awards, we’re over the moon to have been named finalists in four categories!

We’re delighted to be a finalist in the Best Caravan Cover Provider category as well as Best Motorhome Insurance Provider, Customer Service Champion and Treating Customers Fairly Champion.

The Insurance Choice Awards 2024 are voted for entirely by our customers so it’s fantastic to have made the finals once again.

So far, more than 30,000 customers have had their say in these awards.

The winners will be announced at a special event on November 7th in London. We’re keeping everything crossed that we can retain our Best Motorhome Provider title and maybe go on to win the Customer Service Champion title and Best Caravan Cover Provider!

These awards are organised by Smart Money People. Smart Money People, the UK review and insight platform for financial services launched the Insurance Choice Awards back in 2016. They’ve since become the largest customer-voted awards campaign within the insurance industry with a mix of firms taking part, from global giants to nimble newcomers.

Winners in 20 categories will be announced in November, including 10 product-specific awards including caravan, motorhome, car, home and travel, as well as a number of ‘headline’ awards, such as ‘Customer Service Champion’ and ‘Treating Customers Fairly Champion’.

Caravan Guard was crowned Treating Customers Fairly Champion in 2019 and Customer Service Champion in 2022, as well as Best Motorhome Insurance Provider for the last two years.
