The first award recognises how we support our growing team through product training and team building initiatives to further improve service standards for our customers.
The Personal Lines Broker of the Year category is a little different; it looks at how we’ve improved existing products and implemented new service initiatives to further meet the needs and demands of our customers.
Similarly, Schemes Broker of the Year celebrates the ways we’ve continued to offer customers more choice through a range of great value insurance products.
