Verdict:
Just 10 minutes walk from Henley-on-Thames, this family owned and run park has been extensively redeveloped in the last year. It now sports gleaming toilet blocks and a number of superior pitches with fresh water, grey water disposal, 10 or 16 amp mains hook-up and hard standing and now has a five star rating. More developments are planned including a new motorhome service point.
Facilities include a bar with limited opening hours, a heated outdoor swimming pool, basic essentials for sale in reception and a play area.
Unusually, you are requested not to use electric heating in your caravan or motorhome; only gas heating is allowed. No pets are allowed during high or peak seasons, but bookings with one dog are accepted during low season (see their website for their ‘dog policy‘).
