Verdict:
Location, location, location! In a rural setting, on a working farm just 10 minutes walk from the village of Chalfont St Giles, where some of Dad’s Army and other TV series were filmed, with pubs, a butcher, a delicatessen, newsagents, a small supermarket and the village duck pond. It’s a family site, with a play area, with some grass pitches and some hard standing, neither are generously sized and you’ll need rock pegs for an awning. There is a security barrier which is closed at night, CCTV and the owner lives on site. Three railway stations with trains to London are nearby. Legoland isn’t far away either.
