Verdict:
Oh wow! A four star park set in the grounds of the owners’ 19th century château in 100 hectares of parkland, just 14 km from the coast. The English speaking owners are a young couple with children and the site is suitable for families, but is quiet and peaceful in low season. We arrived on the day it opened and it had a lovely ambience and we received a warm welcome. Pitches are a good size and are all on grass with six amp electricity, water and drainage to all of them.
Facilities include swimming pools, tennis, boules, bar, restaurant, and a takeaway.
The village is within easy walking distance and has a mini supermarket, baker, pharmacy and other useful services.
A motorhome service point was due to be built.

The Stables bar
Tree House to rent
One of the three lakes on site
The Chateau
Character buildings
