We’ve been named as finalists in the Customer Service Award, Claims Team Award and Personal Lines Broker of the Year categories.
The awards will be held in London in September and celebrate the success, skills and expertise of the broker insurance industry across 16 different categories.
We made the shortlist for the Customer Service Awards after highlighting superior customer satisfaction scores and lots of loyal customers. We won this award last year and are keeping our fingers crossed for another victory.
Our second nomination for Personal Lines Broker of the Year was in recognition of our growth, as well as highly satisfied customers and a positive team of staff who are committed to delivering brilliant customer service.
We’ve also made the finals of the Claims Team Award for the second-year running, after highlighting high claims satisfaction scores and our efforts to improve and speed up the claims process for our customers.
Our Managing Director, Ryan Wilby, said he was absolutely thrilled we had once again received national recognition for our success, skills and expertise.
