We love receiving customer feedback and it’s been great to see that hundreds of Caravan Guard claimants rate our service as excellent or good when returning our claims satisfaction survey.
A huge thank you to all the customers who’ve taken the time to give us their feedback on how well we handled their caravan, campervan or motorhome insurance claim.
Hundreds of claimants have been sent a survey in the last 12 months and asked to rate their experience so we can use their feedback to continue to make any improvements. All of these were entered into a prize draw.
Congratulations to caravanner Michael Dryden, a Lunar Quasar 554 owner who made an insurance claim after his caravan was damaged coming out of storage. He was the lucky winner of our prize draw and wins £50 of Marks & Spencer vouchers.
On average, claims survey respondents rated their overall experience with our claims service as nine out of 10*. Respondents were also extremely satisfied with the helpfulness of our staff, the ease of reporting their claim and their settlement.
Mr Dryden rated our claims service 10 out of 10 in all areas: “Excellent service, claim settled quickly, will definitely renew again,” he commented.
Our team is passionate about delivering brilliant customer experiences and it was fantastic to receive so many positive comments from satisfied customers.
