Keeping ahead of the contemporary curve
If you live in a modern home, don’t you want a caravan to complement your lifestyle? Look out for a fresh, new, even more contemporary look inside and out for Adria’s Adora models as season 2021 approaches. It will be a four-model line-up.
As well as the looks, a lot of work has gone into the aerodynamics of the body, hence items such as the stylistic grab handles – those at the front are integrated with vertical spoilers that diffuse any wind as you tow. A quick tug will show you how sturdy they are, too.
That rear wall has been given an overhaul, too, and now slopes inwards to the top, again to help with the aerodynamics. There’s also all-new road lighting, including LED tail lights designed for Adria by leading lighting automotive specialist, Hella.
The full-width front locker allows the easiest of access to up to two 11kg gas cylinders as well as the spare wheel (do be wary of noseweights when travelling, of course). Complementing the three-window front design is a larger-than-ever opening sunroof.
There’s more on the outside of the 2021 Adria Adora to note. The locker door to the nearside underbed locker is larger, the corner steadies have extended sockets that are that bit easier to locate, and of course the silver bodywork and broad band of decal along each side.
Inside the new generation 2021 Adria Adora
This new 2021 Adria Adora is real family ‘van, it can accommodate up to six thanks to bunk beds and a rear dinette, beyond which is a full-width washroom
As well as new soft furnishings, again it’s the details you’ll want to seek out. There’s a rail going around much of the Sava, designed for attaching cloth pockets and shelves exactly where you want them.
Much of the lighting is on tracks, too. The mini lights are multi-directional or can be moved to other tracks as you wish – you can even order extra lights to add; also USB sockets.
At the front, choose between U-shaped seating or parallel settees, with a handy flap on the front wall for holding coffee mugs etc.
Those main seat bases also pull together easily enough for the main, double bed. There’s also a free-standing table with dedicated locker storage, although it’s not the largest (bearing in mind the Sava’s family billing).
Where it does score is in the kitchen, where the L-shaped hob and sink combination has become something of an Adria hallmark, coming with a discreet extractor unit for 2021.
It’s incredibly space-efficient, allowing optimal worktop space, in turn complemented by the large storage drawers under a new, slimline worktop. Also under the counter is a useful slide-out locker with chrome baskets that will be ideal for vegetables etc.
Complementing the three-burner hob is a Thetford Midi Prima separate oven and grill, plus one of the two kitchen overhead lockers is home to a microwave oven. To the right of the sink, the fridge has a decent 140-litre capacity. Those overhead lockers also have a stylish curve and with a cream finish they separate the kitchen from the living room.
Clothes storage and more is more than catered for in the large wardrobe unit in the Adora Sava, opposite the kitchen, next to which is a set-up for adding a TV.
The washroom, too, has all the fittings – plus space – with a shower cubicle on the nearside corner, central basin and swivel-bowl toilet on the offside along with an opening window.
Again, there are plenty of neat, practical touches, such as the clothes hanging rail in the shower. Hot water is supplied via Alde’s central heating system.
Bunk beds are always a win-win with young children and these are no exception. They’ve each got their own lighting and opening windows, plus comfortable one-piece mattresses and, for the upper level, a retainer.
This latest Adria Adora Sava caravan might have gained a bit of weight, but it really is as practical and stylish as ever, with added details, for the new generation!

Where is the sixth bed.
Hi Kevin, we believe the dinette at the back converts into two more double bunks.
Very nice design touches both external & internal though the cooker area would take some getting use to. Would in this day and age prefer duel fuel hob as fitted in many other modern vans.
Roof spot lights are more than a bit flimsy, am really surprised at this on a caravan in this price range .
This apart …. a very nice van that will certainly give the UK manufacturing something to think about .
Have always liked the styling of Adria caravans, and this is lovely, but why can’t any modern caravan have a proper steel sink with integral built-in steel drainer instead of the plastic tray drainers! Not sure about the long thin hob either – would rather have traditional shape and more counter space. My 2007 Geist AK495 is still the best caravan I have ever seen – have never been able to find a similar layout van to tempt me away from it. Also difficult to find a layout that suits 4 single people staying together, e.g 2 children, 1 parent, 1 grandparent – all needing separate beds.
Looking to buy Adora Isonzo later next month, lovely contemporary range.
Lovely caravan, do we know the length of the front seats yet. Hoping that they’ll be full size singles so my daughter’s don’t have to be near each other.
Hi Steffan, the front seats are 1.61m.
very nice
Would have thought that, by now, there would have been an alternative to the daily making and unmaking of the ‘Main Bed’ … would put me off completely!
The Adora Isonzo has a fixed double bed
Lovely caravan, but you still have to make up your double bed. I’ll stick with my major 4sb.
The Adora Isonzo has a fixed double bed.
Very nice stunning, the Toilet area is a little narrow, I would be more inclined do you want for4 berth Version, and my current caravan I live in full-time as it is swift conqueror 630 It would be nice to know the price of this new one.
Kind regards Sean S.
The Adora is from £26,995 Sean.
Lovely caravan; I’m afraid it makes my 1999 Bailey Regency 442 look a bit dated. Not to worry though, my old Bailey is in perfect working order, no dampness and does the job. Doesn’t stop me wishing!
Ugly looking caravan
