How long will my claim take to settle?

As underwriters and handlers of our claims, RSA aim to get your claim settled quickly and fairly. Getting the information they need  as soon as possible will help, but please be aware that new parts in the caravan or motorhome industry are often made to order, and can take several weeks to be manufactured and delivered to a repairer. There also may be delays during severe weather events.
